Planet Farms, founded in 2018 in Milan, is a leading company in the vertical farming sector. It currently has a presence in major retail chains with its own line of salads and pesto. The company is undergoing strong expansion both in Italy and abroad, and today the Planet Farmers work at the production facility—the brand-new plant in Cirimido (Como, Italy)—at the R&D Center on the outskirts of Milan, as well as in offices in Italy (Milan), Portugal (Coimbra), the United Kingdom (London), and the Netherlands (Eindhoven).

Hybrid with travel between Milan and Cirimido (CO)


Position Summary

The Executive & Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support for the Co-Founder and CTO. This role acts as a key liaison between internal functions and external partners. We seek a proactive, highly organized professional capable of managing both corporate and personal systems with maximum flexibility and a high level of communication etiquette. The ideal candidate must be prepared to assist the Co-Founder during external events and institutional speeches, ensuring seamless representation and support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Agenda Management: Manage the complex agendas of the Co-Founder and the team, including personal appointments.

  • Comprehensive System Management: Provide maximum flexibility in managing the Co-Founder’s entire ecosystem, balancing both corporate requirements and personal/family-related logistics.

  • External Relations & Events: Participate in and assist the Co-Founder during institutional speeches, public events, and high-level external meetings.

  • Advanced Email Management: Manage the Co-Founder’s inbox, responding to emails using appropriate tones and communication styles tailored to the specific message and interlocutor.

  • Meeting Logistics: Organize meetings, manage agendas, book rooms, and prepare all necessary written materials.

  • Travel Coordination: Arrange international and national travel, including reservations, pick-ups, and detailed itineraries.

  • Administrative Support: Prepare expense reports, create recap files, and ensure the overall functioning of the CTO’s department

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Communication Mastery: Ability to manage electronic correspondence independently, adapting language and tone based on the context and the profile of the recipient.

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.

  • Technical Proficiency: Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office

  • Experience: Previous experience in a very dynamic context ; experience in a similar role is preferred.

  • Adaptability: Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain confidentiality across both professional and personal domains.
