The HR Operations Intern will support the HR department in managing the administrative talent lifecycle within a dynamic multi-country framework. The role is designed to assist in aligning local operational needs with the central HR strategy during a global business development scale-up phase.
Multi-country Payroll Support: Assist the HR department in the collection, organization, and verification of payroll data across different international jurisdictions.
Global Strategy Deployment: Assist in the local implementation of global HR initiatives, such as performance reviews, training modules, and engagement activities.
Compliance & Insights: Support the monitoring of international labor laws and local HR regulations to ensure department-wide compliance.
Data Consolidation: Provide administrative support in gathering data and insights for the HR Operations Manager to facilitate central consolidation.
International Onboarding: Support the coordination and execution of onboarding programs for new hires across various countries, ensuring adherence to central guidelines.
Employee Relations & Support: Serve as an initial point of contact for international employees regarding day-to-day HR inquiries and support cultural engagement initiatives.
Degree in Law, Political Science, Economics, or related fields.
Strong interest in International Payroll and multi-country HR operations.
Language: Fluency in English is essential for multi-country communication.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills for a diverse workforce.
A proactive problem-solving mindset focused on employee support.
High level of adaptability to work effectively in fast-changing, multi-country environments.
Exceptional attention to detail, particularly regarding payroll and legal data.
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot) and MS Office.
This position will report to the HR Operations Manager.
