Role Purpose and Requirements
Supporting Planet Farms transformation journey, while managing the talent lifecycle and act as a strategic partner for employees and management. Ensure alignment between local operational needs and central HR strategy. Work in a multi-country framework during the business development scale-up phase. Recruiting is a key responsibility for this role in order to sustain business development and the implementation of the scale-up strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage multi-country recruiting processes and onboarding programs in line with central guidelines.
Employee Relations & Engagement: First point of contact for employees regarding inquiries, complaints, and cultural engagement initiatives.
Local Strategy Execution: Implement global initiatives locally (performance reviews, training, team-building activities).
Compliance & Insights: Ensure compliance with labor laws and local regulations, providing data and insights to the HR Operations Manager for central consolidation.
New TOM Implementation: TSA exit support (internalization of HR services), building HR processes infrastructure and leading implementation, supporting legal-entity separation, governance, and workforce planning, organization design support, change management, retention strategy definition and execution
